Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan has strongly refuted claims linking him to actress Nkechi Blessing’s alleged pregnancy after a doctored photo went viral online.

He explained that the image, which shows him and Nkechi Blessing in a romantic pose with the actress appearing pregnant, was artificially generated. According to him, it was designed to tarnish his reputation and is connected to misleading slimming product promotions.

VeryDarkMan urged Nigerians to remain cautious of manipulated content, false advertising, and online bullying.

This comes just days after his heated social media clash with Nkechi Blessing, where both exchanged insults in a widely publicized spat. The actress had earlier reacted angrily when a gym photo of her went viral, sparking ridicule about her body shape — a development that led to VeryDarkMan recalling her past insults against him.

Addressing the fake photo, he said:
