Popular Nigerian singer and entrepreneur Mr Eazi has stirred reactions online after announcing his readiness to contest for the presidency of any African country that “needs him.”

In a viral video shared on social media, the “Leg Over” hitmaker revealed that he felt it was finally time to disclose his political ambition to his fans and followers.

According to Mr Eazi, his decision is not motivated by money or power, but by a genuine desire to lead with integrity, innovation, and vision. He explained that Africa needs forward-thinking leaders who can bring about real change and empower the next generation.

Encouraging his fans to support his vision, Mr Eazi invited them to show solidarity by posting their country’s flag if they believed he was fit to lead.

“I said it’s time to share it with you guys. Now, some of you might be from some countries, specifically in Africa, and you’re looking for a president. You’re looking for a young president, a president that’s not looking for money, that’s not looking for power, that’s forward-thinking, young, active, and that can move your country better.
So I’m just officially putting myself forward for the presidency of whatever country — if you know that your country needs me as their president, put the flag.”
