Guinness World Record–holding celebrity chef, Hilda Baci, has appealed to Lagos residents to collect the remaining meals from her just-concluded cooking marathon at Eko Hotel and Suites.

Despite efforts to package and distribute the food, Hilda Baci revealed that a large quantity remained and she did not want it to go to waste. Taking to social media, she invited fans and well-wishers to come with their coolers and share in the meals.

“There’s still food, please you guys come and get it. It’s a lot and I can’t waste it. The food is good, so come with your cooler. We still have so much left, even after all the packaging. The venue is Eko Hotels, and I won’t leave this place until everybody in Lagos has tasted this food,” she announced.

Her open invitation quickly stirred mixed reactions online, with many praising her generosity while others debated the logistics and scale of the gesture.
