Weight Loss: “I’m still big but I’m loving every inch of it” – Lizzo

Grammy-winning artist Lizzo is opening up about her weight loss journey — and how it’s reshaping her perspective on body positivity.

In a candid interview with Women’s Health, the singer revealed that while she still proudly rocks her signature curves, she’s now a smaller version of herself — and she’s embracing every inch.

“I’ve still got my belly, my rolls, and my thighs — I just exist a little differently now,” Lizzo said, adding that the essence of body positivity isn’t about staying the same size, but about the bold act of showing up and owning your body in a world that often says you shouldn’t.

The Truth Hurts singer clarified that her physical transformation is ongoing and fluid. While she’s lost about 16% body fat, she acknowledged that weight may come back — and that’s okay.

“Some of that fat might return. But no matter what happens, I won’t let anyone shame me — bigger or smaller,” she said.

Lizzo also addressed past rumors about her possibly using Ozempic or undergoing weight loss surgery. While she previously denied using any medication, she now emphasizes that however someone chooses to take control of their body is valid.

“If I had used Ozempic or had surgery, I’d still be proud,” she shared. “Taking control of your health in a judgmental world isn’t easy.”

Her message remains clear: love your body — fiercely and unapologetically. And if you can’t, Lizzo’s got your back.

“Love your body, or I’ll love it for you,” she declared.
